In SME we are expert in integrated solutions of products for infrastructure in different sectors as telecom, electric, IT and military applications, among others. While being respectful towards the environment, we design our solutions with the highest quality to meet our customer needs. For this purpose, we control the whole process stages, from design to distribution, through manufacturing and integration of the solutions.
These reasons have given us a long history as market leaders with presence in different countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa and Australia. Exchange of information and client advising are the foundations of our business.
Our history begins in 1983 when SME was created as enclosures manufacturer. The goal was offering to our clients the best quality in 19” enclosures for telecom, IT and electronics. Since then, the company’s evolution had two aspects. It expanded in the international market, positioning itself in five continents and, at the same time, enlarged its solutions portfolio with electric and electronic solutions making the integration easier and ensuring the proper operation of equipments.
In 2008 SME goes ahead with its evolution and confirm its commitment with the environment by launching the Environmental Challenge program allocating substantial resources in researching and advising.
